5 out of 5 starsTwo different orders. The Redskins mask was the first purchase for my hubby and the quality was fantastic. Fabric is a little thicker, so great for fall and winter. Loved them and placed a second order. Again, fantastic!! Will be back for more!! Thank you!

5 out of 5 starsWhile these masks did take quite awhile for me to receive (I read the reviews and found out masks were taking quite a bit of time to arrive) they are beautiful and very well made. Well worth the wait. She was even kind enough to include an extra mask because of my wait time. Thank you very much!

After receiving Markesha's review, I informed her that her order was delivered over a month ago. We started to look into it I verified her address and I described my packaging. She then later responded that her children had gotten the package from her mailbox when it was delivered and never gave it to her. We have all had this happen at some point and we laughed about it. The client was unable to figure out how to update her review and asked me to post a public response after trying to walk her through changing it and she apologized for writing it and for her kids not giving it to her. I told her it was not a problem and I was just glad she received it and it was not lost like the others. Thank you Markesha, I hope you and your family stay safe!

My order says it shipped but I have not received it and it says pretransit. Where is my order?
We are aware of this and we are working with the postal service to locate those shipments. They informed us at first that there is a significant delay in processing due to the overwhelming number of shipments and lack of staff. But some packages have been sitting for over two weeks. So we think they have been misplaced or lost. Once we find out where or what is going on we will take appropriate measures in ensuring you receive them or issuing a refund. Please understand that this is completely out of our control and once we drop off the packages there is nothing we can do. This is not on our end. And I am very sorry about this.
It’s been almost a month why has my order not shipped?
I sold almost 2000 masks in the first week that they were listed. I have been sewing day and night from approximately 7-8 am until 2-3 am every single day trying to get them made and shipped to you and to make sure they are still the highest quality possible. I was disgusted with how much people were charging and I wanted to help. I was not prepared to sell that many at one time. I think because of my quality and the very low cost people saw that and purchased I make no money on these so all of my time is volunteering and I am making them by myself. If you would like a refund please message me an I will issue a refund immediately. I am almost done with the first week of sales and masks will ship a lot more smoothly.
Why are you not responding to my message?
I am reviving an overwhelming number of messages a day. I am the only one sewing the masks and I am sewing all day and night. I try to respond to a couple messages a night before I crawl into bed and pass out for a couple hours. But my main priority is getting your masks to you so you are protected. I am not ignoring your messages I just am prioritizing what needs to be done. Please understand I am one person and I am working as fast as humanly possible.
